1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as ‘AGB’) apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop of OMNITAB between OMNITAB and our customers in their current version at the time the contract is concluded.

3. Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place orders. By clicking the ‘Order’ button, you place a binding order for the items in the shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after sending the order.

4. Prices

All prices are total prices; they include the statutory sales tax. Delivery costs are not included and are indicated separately during the ordering process.

5. Payment Methods

Payments can be made either via Stripe or PayPal.

6. Delivery

We deliver within Austria and to other countries on request. The expected delivery time is indicated for each product.

7. Returns and Refunds

OMNITAB is liable for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, in the event of injury to life, body, health, or breach of essential contractual obligations.

12. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can find here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Final Provisions

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN sales law. If individual points of these AGB are ineffective, the remaining parts remain binding.
